Upon trawling Facebook (as we all now do) I stumbled on this article that describes how Fascia is integrally part of our systems. It surrounds everything. It links everything. I'll let the article do most of the talking, but, I think the last sentence sums it up beautifully:
"Don't just isolate the body ... appreciate the whole body is a holistic structure. Everything is connected."
